Responsibilities

1. Develop complex question-answer pairs to challenge AI models and address specialized questions requiring advanced reasoning.
2. Create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of AI responses.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Pedagogy, Education, Pedagogical Design, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, Teaching, Methodology, Tutoring, or Human Resources.
• At least 3 years of proven teaching experience at schools or universities (as teachers, tutors, lecturers, etc.).
• Experience in curriculum development, educational technology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with different pedagogical frameworks, learner types, and ability levels.
• Proficient in English (C2 level).
• Ability to create engaging content using personalization, motivation, gamification, etc.
• Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly to different tasks and topics, and work with challenging guidelines.
