An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Registered Assessor to facilitate training and ensure high standards of learning. This role involves managing training materials, creating an engaging learning atmosphere, and conducting assessments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, be fluent in English and isiZulu, and have experience in safety training. Inherent requirements:
• Registered Assessor
• Facilitator and Assessor certificate
• Working at Heights experience
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Safety qualification or studying towards will be advantageous
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
• Fluent in English and isiZulu
• Computer literate (MS Office)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Assist with registration process and documentation
• Ensure that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the training session commences
• Create and nurture a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates Delegates
• Facilitate programmes according to the KBC and SAQA facilitation best practice and self-prepared Programme Enhancement / Lesson Plan
• Conduct, evaluate and provide feedback on training needs assessments
• Ensure that delegates understand assessment questions and how to complete the assessments
• Review and report course evaluations

Interviewing process:1 to 2 Panel interviews
Reporting to Business Unit Leader
Starting date: As soon as possible
