Job Title : Freelance Recruitment Consultant – Technical Engineering Location : Remote / Flexible Type : Freelance / Contract About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic recruitment agency, specializing in technical engineering placements.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates across various engineering disciplines, working independently to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technical engineering sector.

Understand client requirements and job specifications thoroughly.

Source, attract, and shortlist suitable candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, networks).

Conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate shortlisting to offer negotiation.

Keep accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our CRM system.

Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and ethical standards.

Requirements Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within technical engineering recruitment.

Strong understanding of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil, software, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online sourcing tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.

Knowledge of the current engineering job market and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications : Previous freelance or agency experience.

Technical background or relevant industry contacts.
