YOUR MISSION

• Manage and drive two parallel internal business/IT projects related to digital collaboration and productivity tools
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication between IT and business units
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders aligned
• Identify and mitigate risks early to ensure smooth project delivery
• Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering clarity and direction

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in infrastructure, digital workplace, or collaboration domains
• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders across business and IT
• Familiarity with international, remote project environments
• Structured, solution oriented, and confident in decision making
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
