Position : Freelance Digital Marketer (Social Media)

Type : Freelance / Contract

Location : Remote (Work from anywhere)

Start Date : Immediate

Compensation : Competitive project-based or hourly rate (based on experience)

Responsibilities

As our Freelance Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for :

  • Developing and executing engaging social media strategies to grow our online presence.
  • Creating high-quality, original content (text, graphics, and short videos) for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Scheduling and publishing posts using social media management tools.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and optimizing content based on analytics.
  • Running paid ad campaigns and managing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Engaging with followers, responding to messages / comments, and building community.
  • Conducting competitor research and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Collaborating with the design and business development teams to align messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a digital / social media marketer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite / Buffer, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Portfolio showcasing past social media work or campaigns.
  • Previous experience working with international or B2B brands is an advantage.
