• Based in or near Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.
• Willing and able to travel nationally as required.

Join Our Team – Franchise Development Coordinator (Based in Hillcrest, KZN | National Travel Required)

Responsibilities

• Following up on franchise leads from various platforms and converting them into applications.
• Coordinating and attending meetings with potential franchisees to guide them through the onboarding journey.
• Scouting and securing suitable retail sites across South Africa.
• Meeting with landlords, property agents, and leasing companies to negotiate favorable lease terms.
• Procuring equipment and initial stock for new franchises.
• Assisting with the setup and opening of new franchise locations.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activity and lead progress.

Requirements

• Based in or near Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.
• Willing and able to travel nationally as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter with initiative, energy, and a can-do attitude.
• Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• At least 7 experience in franchise sales, retail property, or business development will be an advantage.

• Working Hours: 7:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
• Saturdays: 08:00 to 13:00
