Join Our Team – Franchise Development Coordinator (Based in Hillcrest, KZN | National Travel Required)
Responsibilities
- Following up on franchise leads from various platforms and converting them into applications.
- Coordinating and attending meetings with potential franchisees to guide them through the onboarding journey.
- Scouting and securing suitable retail sites across South Africa.
- Meeting with landlords, property agents, and leasing companies to negotiate favorable lease terms.
- Procuring equipment and initial stock for new franchises.
- Assisting with the setup and opening of new franchise locations.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activity and lead progress.
Requirements
- Based in or near Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal.
- Willing and able to travel nationally as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with initiative, energy, and a can-do attitude.
- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- At least 7 experience in franchise sales, retail property, or business development will be an advantage.

Working Hours & Salary
- Working Hours: 7:30 to 17:30 Monday to Friday
- Saturdays: 08:00 to 13:00
- Salary: Market Related
