PepsiCo recherche un leader stratégique pour développer et faire croître les capacités des aliments pour les foyers (AFH) dans la région SSA. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience commerciale, y compris une solide expertise en gestion des clients dans le secteur des QSR. Ce poste implique la responsabilité de construire des stratégies pour maximiser les revenus et de gérer les relations avec des clients clés tout en soutenant la croissance durable.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience commerciale solide, dont 4-5 dans l'AFH.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for: To lead the development and growth of AFH capability for SSA Franchise.

This role has two key strategic responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leading QSR tenders e.g. KFC; Marriott for South Africa and into West and Central Africa (WECA).
  2. Primary responsibility: Key connect between key global/African customers and new SSA Foods/Snacks/Beverages business.

Define the scope and AFH opportunities within SSA Franchise. Identify potential expansion opportunities in white space customers and build capability within the bottling account teams & legacy pioneer teams to drive current and future sustainable growth.

Strategy

Identify white space 'customers' within the SSA territory and prioritize based on potential, future growth, and where PepsiCo does not have a category presence while competitors do.

Establish strategies to leverage new business opportunities and develop business plans to maximize revenue and profitability, with a special focus on QSR chains (international and local).

Lead from a customer strategic perspective to implement and support bottlers with current and future major customer groups.

Lead Food Service & On the Go channel execution strategy across SSA with category and bottling leadership teams.

Support and contribute to channel strategy, including key roles on major projects and the development of the annual operating plan.

Build collaborative strategic relationships with all bottler senior teams across SSA, sharing and implementing best practices.

Bottler Capability

Identify customer management capability gaps and work with senior leadership in bottlers to develop programs and training to address these gaps.

Network with other franchise markets to lift and shift best practices in DICE for key customer management.

Additional Responsibilities

Develop relationships with account heads/customers and lead activations and consumer/trade promotions.

Manage relationships with customers and ensure the execution of contractual terms.

Build cross-channel and functional relationships across brands, retail teams, supply chain, marketing, innovation, insights, finance, franchise, distributor field sales, and the bottling community.

Develop and activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize performance across channels.

Influence stakeholders for buy-in and business ownership, and communicate with relevant functions to support promotions.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Franchise, Operations, and Capability teams to leverage solutions and support.

Co-develop consumer promotion and engagement plans for QSRs, enhancing sales and brand image.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of solid commercial experience, including at least 4-5 years in AFH.

Relevant business degree.

Proven performance in customer management; shopper and marketing experience is an advantage.

Experience in the African market and/or AFH customer management, especially for QSRs.

Strong networking, PR, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

P&L management at the customer level and understanding of bottler system economics.
