KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximise Turnover, Profit, and Productivity

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Assist in setting up and driving sales at events, launches, and retailer activities

Brand Management

• Monitor competitor activity and stay updated with industry trends
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to retailer requirements
• Adhere to and uphold brand standards at all times

Stock Management, Merchandising, and Store Operations

• Merchandise stock according to guidelines
• Report out-of-stocks daily to drive sales and enhance customer experience
• Manage stock administration, stockloss prevention, and stock levels
• Follow operating procedures and policies
• Manage asset control and security
• Operate the point of sale system

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional and consistent client experience
• Uphold client journey and experience standards
• Build relationships and loyalty through fragrance recommendations
• Utilize expert knowledge to demonstrate fragrances
• Share tips, trends, and provide personalized educational experiences
• Attract new customers to increase the customer database
