Job title: Fragrance Advisor (Gateway)

Job Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Key Responsibilities
ACHIEVE COUNTER SALES TARGETS
  1. Achieve monthly and annual set budgets
  2. Track counter and individual targets
  3. Sell and drive sales in order to achieve targets
  4. Assist in setting up and driving sales at Counter events
  5. Provide feedback on sales/counter related issues or concerns
BRAND MANAGEMENT
  1. Increase brand awareness and image through ensuring adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines
  2. Monitor competitor activity
  3. Know your in-store ranking
  4. Ensure that stock is merchandised according to merchandising guidelines
  5. Know your stock versus tester ratio and report out of stocks RDM daily to drive sales and maintain an exceptional client experience
  6. Ensure that counter hygiene standards are maintained according to brand standards at all times
Client Experience
  1. Uphold and reinforce the Client experience standards
  2. Build relationships and loyalty with clients
  3. Drive increased customer database (attraction of NEW customers)
ADMINISTRATION
  1. Complete daily tracking sheets and submit weekly to RDM
  2. Complete all progress reports required and submit timeously
  3. Complete and update client cards for all new and existing clients and file accordingly
TEAM WORK
  1. Work in collaboration with other colleagues to drive and execute overall budgets as well as supporting events
  2. Support and assist new team members with onboarding and orientation
  3. Build relationships with respective retailer to achieve key outputs
Requirements/Qualifications
  1. Matric certificate
  2. Previous retail and fragrance experience
  3. Customer Service experience
