Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking an FP&A Manager to design and implement planning and forecasting solutions that align with client strategies. You will lead functional and technical requirements, build planning models, and ensure data integration across sources to support budgeting and decision-making.

You’ll mentor junior team members, deliver high-quality projects, and partner with external ERP providers to automate financial processes while maintaining IFRS-compliant reporting and rigorous controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in financial accounting or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and experience in financial reporting and IFRS consolidations.
• Proactive leader with ownership of financial reporting automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and technical requirements for planning models aligned with strategic financial goals.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate into technical designs.
• Develop system integration processes for seamless data flow across source systems.
• Implement, test, and optimize FP&A models for budgeting and reporting.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure governance and standards are met.
• Create financial reporting tools and KPIs using data modelling techniques.
• Design and implement dashboards that present concise financial information.
• Collaborate with external ERP providers to automate accounting systems.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes in reporting systems.
