Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate use of equipment, staff and materials for maximum shift efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and risk assessments conducted.
• Monitor scrap and implement scrap-reduction methods.
• Maintain staff utilisation, discipline, and attendance.
• Coordinate with stores, maintenance, planning and quality control to ensure flow and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
