Job summary

HyperDev AI is seeking a Founding Product Lead to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a developer-focused AI platform. You will work directly with the founders to align product direction with customer needs and business goals.

You’ll interview developers, map workflows, prototype ideas, and collaborate with engineering and design to ship meaningful improvements. This hands-on role demands ownership and clear decision-making from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience taking a software product from idea to launch.
• Track record of owning decisions and outcomes.
• Hands-on with customer discovery and prioritisation.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss APIs and architecture.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Define product direction with Co-Founders and map a focused roadmap.
• Stay close to AI and developer tooling trends.
• Talk to users, interview developers, gather feedback.
• Translate problems into briefs and user journeys.
• Own the journey from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define success metrics and pricing tests.
• Help hire and shape the founding product team.
