About Working Mono

As an Attio CRM Expert Partner consultancy, Working Mono builds go-to-market infrastructure for high-growth B2B startups. We reject the bloated, all-in-one systems that create more noise than signal. Instead, we design and install the minimal, modular systems that turn GTM strategy into measurable pipeline. Our core stack is Attio (CRM), Clay (enrichment), and n8n (automation), which we use to build bespoke, outcomes-driven engines for our clients.

The Role

As our founding GTM Engineer, you will be the operational engine for our client engagements. We have a refined delivery model and a clear roadmap for our 90-Day Installs. You will work directly alongside our founder, Alex Blaxx, to execute this playbook and drive significant impact across all client projects. This role is for a systems-thinker who is obsessed with operational leverage and building world-class revenue infrastructure based on a proven methodology.

What You'll Do

• Architect & Build: Translate client GTM strategy into technical architecture, then build the full-stack solution using Attio, Clay, and n8n.
• Automate Workflows: Design and manage complex automation workflows in n8n for everything from lead routing and data enrichment to pipeline alerts and reporting.
• Master Data & Enrichment: Structure and execute sophisticated data enrichment and waterfall flows using Clay, applying our Flux Engine framework to ensure clients have the cleanest, most actionable data.
• Implement CRM Systems: Configure Attio from the ground up by applying our Signal Lens framework—including custom objects, attributes, pipeline views, and user permissions.
• Support & Onboard: Leverage our Field Guide framework to create client-specific SOPs and provide hands-on support, ensuring teams can effectively adopt and manage the systems we build.
• Iterate & Improve: Work with clients through our 90-Day Install and ongoing Fractal Loop processes to ensure the systems are performing and evolving based on their needs.

Who You Are

• A Systems Thinker: You see processes as interconnected systems and are driven to make them more efficient and scalable. You think in terms of flows, triggers, and data models.
• Technically Proficient: You are highly comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping. You don't need to be a traditional developer, but you can read API docs and problem-solve technical issues with ease.
• An Automation Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience with at least one major automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make). Direct experience with n8n is a major plus.
• GTM-Aware: You understand the fundamentals of a B2B revenue engine—lead stages, pipeline velocity, ICPs, and buyer signals.
• An Independent Operator: You thrive with a high degree of autonomy and can manage projects from discovery to delivery with minimal oversight.
• A Clear Communicator: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
