The ideal candidate has a Master's or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field, 4+ years of formulation development experience, and hands-on experience with various dosage forms and analytical testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize formulation parameters and manufacturing processes to ensure product quality, efficacy, and manufacturability.
• Perform dissolution testing, stability studies, and other relevant analytical evaluations.
• Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial manufacturing.
• Collaborate with analytical, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to achieve project goals.
