  • Product Development: Formulate new and improved cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and biocontrol products tailored to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Research & Problem Solving: Actively engage in solving formulation challenges, conducting research, and seeking innovative solutions for a wide range of applications.
  • Laboratory Management: Oversee laboratory technicians and ensure efficient workflow within the laboratory, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Chemical Analysis: Perform and interpret chemical analyses as required for the development and validation of new products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and regulatory compliance, to ensure product quality and adherence to required standards.
  • Education: BSc or BTech in Chemistry or related field with significant laboratory experience.
  • Experience: Prior experience in research and development (R&D) within the chemical or hygiene products sector is beneficial. Proficiency in chemical analysis and a track record of developing solutions for real-world challenges are highly valued.
