An established industry player is seeking a skilled Technician to maintain and repair Diesel and Electric Forklifts. This role requires a solid background in mechanical systems and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members. The successful candidate will perform maintenance tasks both on-site and in the workshop, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications

• 5 years experience working on Diesel and Electric machines.
• Grade 12 with relevant Red Seal qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Repairing, servicing, and maintaining IC and Electrical forklifts.
• Communicating with Managers, Call Centre, and Customers.

Job description

Must have experience on Diesel and Electric Forklifts

POSITION INFO :

• Grade 12 with relevant Red Seal (Auto Electric / Forklift Trade Test) qualification
• 5 years experience working on Diesel and Electric machines
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems will be an advantage
• IC Knowledge and experience added advantage
• Must be able to communicate with customers at all levels
• Must adhere to all SHE requirements
• Must have a driver’s licence

Duties will include -

• Repairing, service and maintain IC and Electrical forklifts on customer sites and Workshop
• Complete job cards / PhoneApp
• Communicate with Managers, Call Centre and Customer
• Housekeeping, clean-up of all maintenance areas / work areas daily
• Assisting with other general maintenance activities
• Traveling required to service and repair on sites
• Site and of-site maintenance of all Electrical Range Forklifts. Crown, Doosan and Bendi / Landol
