Our firm is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), and the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC).

As we continue to expand our global operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Johannesburg.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.

They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.Key Responsibilities : Call and engage with leads provided on a daily basis to convert them into funded trading accounts.Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the company's client base.Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with CWG Markets' offerings.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and campaigns.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent CWG Markets.Requirements : 3 - 4 years' prior industry experience within the FX / CFD sector.Strong knowledge of the financial markets.Proven track record of achieving targets.Work 9-5 from an office based in Sandton, Johannesburg.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type : Full-timeJob Function : Business Development and Sales
