Role: Senior Manager - Investigation and Compliance

Join our globally connected, culturally aligned Forensic & Integrity team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead challenging projects related to white-collar crimes, fraud investigations, corporate compliance, ethics, forensic accounting, and damages analysis.
  2. Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and resolve issues demonstrating technical and interpersonal skills.
  3. Prepare work plans, review electronic data, and ensure high-quality work papers and analysis.
  4. Prepare and present forensic and investigation reports to clients.
  5. Liaise with senior client personnel, legal teams, witnesses, and regulators.
  6. Coach team members, share knowledge, and handle difficult conversations.
  7. Balance personal and professional commitments.
  8. Engage in sales and marketing efforts to build the practice's profile.
  9. Stay updated on regulatory, business, and economic developments.
  10. Meet professional and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • B Honors (Accounting/Forensics) or LLB, with postgraduate Forensic studies.
  • 8+ years in Forensics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner and/or Forensic Practitioner (FP SA).
  • Based in Johannesburg, willing to travel locally, regionally, and internationally.
