Vodafone Group is seeking a Fraud Analyst to enhance fraud prevention efforts within corporate security operations. The role will involve analyzing data to detect fraud, managing fraud detection systems, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will possess a Matric or NQF4 and relevant experience in fraud management within the telecommunications sector.

The role is employable in corporate security ops. In an environment where analysing cases highlighted either by the fraud control system or other data points as potential fraud and prevent/ stop fraud from causing financial/ reputation damage to Vodacom SA. Should be willing to work standby, including night standby. This role requires good persuasive skills to get the required feedback on escalated cases Desktop analysis, read call records and establish interlinkages.
