A leading automotive service company in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a qualified Trade Tested Artisan to coordinate automotive repairs and replacements. Responsibilities include managing workshops, monitoring work performance, addressing complaints, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should have 4 years post-apprenticeship experience, a valid driving license, and strong problem-solving abilities. Applicants with 5 years experience are preferred.
Job Purpose
Co-ordinates applications associated with the monitoring of the repairs / replacement of automotive parts (tyres) for a variety of classes and types of vehicles, plant and equipment.
Key Responsibility Areas
Co-ordinates resource requirements to support operational outcomes detailed in the work programme and agreed service delivery objectives.
Co-ordinates and controls tasks / activities associated with controlling personnel performance, productivity and discipline.
Monitors the execution of service related applications associated with the Tyre Workshop.
Monitors systems and interventions associated with addressing complaints.
Performs specific administrative tasks / activities associated with the reporting of activity related information and maintenance of records.

Essential Requirements
Trade Tested Artisan (Diesel or Petrol or Construction Plant Mechanic).
Valid motor vehicle driving license (Code EC).
Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP).

5 years relevant post apprenticeship experience.
