Job summary

Set Consulting is seeking a competent supervisor to lead raise bore drilling operations in Gauteng. You will supervise operations, coordinate teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.

You will maintain reports, manage resources, and liaise with mine officials to deliver projects efficiently while mentoring field crews and enforcing procedures.

• Supervise and coordinate raise bore drilling operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee operational teams, equipment, and site activities to meet safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality management systems, and mine regulations.
• Maintain accurate operational reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate activities with mine officials and internal teams.
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational personnel.
• Ensure effective use of resources to support project delivery.
