Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Capture cashbook
  2. Prepare monthly bank recon
  3. Capture all petty cash and supplier invoices
  4. Prepare quotes and capture invoices
  5. Prepare all payments requisitions
  6. Assist with maintaining fixed asset records
  7. Prepare the inter company loan account recons
  8. Prepare audit files as per auditors requirements
  9. Liaise and conclude audit queries
  10. Assist with debtors recovery
Position Requirements
  1. Minimum Education – Finance related diploma or degree
  2. Minimum three years previous accounts experience
  3. Experience of currency translations and working
  4. Previous Sage Evolution experience
  5. Intermediate Email, Excel and Word skills
  6. High attention to detail
  7. Team Player
  8. Good phone and email etiquette
  9. Not afraid to ask questions if clarity is needed
  10. A good communicator - ability to liaise at all levels
  11. Always looking to improve processes
  12. Good time management
  13. Ability to work under pressure and be prepared to work overtime
