Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recording and distributing all manual BoP forms received to manually capture Outward payments across all segments.
  2. Achieving the delivery of an exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards.
  3. Maintaining expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and providing proactive solutions to stakeholders and clients.
  4. Managing the conversion of forex deals and payment settlements into sales by executing activities such as working queues, imports, exports, SWIFTs, and new referrals against targets.
  5. Complying with governance, legislative, and audit requirements to manage forex deals and payments efficiently, minimizing cancellations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of an NQF 5 qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience in foreign exchange or international payments.
  • Or a Bachelor's Degree with no experience.
