  3. Participate in team efforts to achieve department and store goals.
  4. Manage implementation and integration of new initiatives to reach project goals.
  5. Participate in general store operational duties.
  6. Supervise and coach staff to meet competence requirements.
  7. Perform job-specific responsibilities as per Job Profile (dependent on position).
