The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food and meal preparation, maintain cash receipts, and meal records.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist manager in completing daily reports.
  2. Maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
  3. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
  4. Prepare daily transaction reports.
  5. Ensure proper storage of food in a sanitary manner.
  6. Serve food according to schedules and policies.
  7. Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
  8. Coordinate and assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers, and equipment.
  9. Adhere to food safety regulations and uniform policies.
  10. Connect daily with the manager to understand and prepare menus.
  11. Supervise food temperature requirements.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Follow procedures for cleanliness and sanitation.
  14. Maintain garbage and kitchen floor areas in a sanitary manner.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned, including additional kitchen areas.
  16. Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing/walking.
  17. Uniforms and PPE may be required.

Qualifications:

  • Food Service Certificate as needed.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure.

Compensation: The hourly rate is $20.00 to $23.00, as posted by Aramark.
