Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure Quality, Food Safety, and Regulatory Compliance within the company.
  2. Invest in personal development.
  3. Assist in maintaining compliance with all required audits.
  4. Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain all food safety records.
  6. Responsible for the review and update of the Food Safety Manual.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments across the group and external partners such as suppliers, customers, consumers, auditors, regulatory personnel, and service providers (waste disposal, pest control, etc.).
Certifications:

HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety certifications (e.g., CIFS, CP-FS) are desirable.

Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and food safety management software.
