Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Production/Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing/production operations with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety systems and documentation control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production against forecast demand.
• Ensure accurate weighing, blending, labelling and controlled rework.
• Enforce food-safety, hygiene and cleaning standards; audit readiness.
• Identify waste and cost drivers; implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead and develop the production team; manage KPI performance.
• Keep equipment serviceable and calibrated; maintain records.
• Store dangerous and allergenic materials per SOP and SDS requirements.
