The Capital Hotels is seeking a courteous Waiter to provide food and beverage service across the Restaurant, Room Service and Function areas as needed. You will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality service with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Minimum requirements include Matric and prior restaurant experience, with strong communication, teamwork and the ability to handle pressure. You should be presentable, proactive and able to work shifts.

Description:

The Waiter is responsible food and beverages in the Restaurant, Room Service and, if required, Function areas in a friendly, fast and efficient manner. The position is primarily concerned with two main functional activities: front of house and stock.
