Description:


The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the F&B offering. You will develop, innovate, and deliver a quality-driven product mix while maintaining strong financial returns. This involves reviewing all working methods to ensure best practices are followed, enabling business growth while delivering excellent guest service.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Matric
  • Hotel management diploma or equivalent
  • Proven Food and Beverage management experience within a 4/5-star hotel (4+ years)
  • Previous Restaurant Manager experience (4+ years)
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service orientation with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong emphasis on staff training and development
  • Effective communication with staff and hotel guests
  • Honest and trustworthy attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Presentable, professional appearance, and well-spoken
