Description:

The F&B Operations Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the F&B offerings. You will develop, innovate, and deliver a quality-driven product mix while maintaining strong financial returns. This role involves reviewing working methods and ensuring best practices are adopted to grow our business and deliver excellent guest service.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Hotel management diploma or equivalent
  • Proven Food and Beverage management experience within a 4/5-star hotel (4 years+)
  • Previous Restaurant Manager experience (4 years+)
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong emphasis on staff training and development
  • Effective communication with staff and hotel guests
  • Honest and trustworthy approach
  • Great attention to detail
  • Presentable and professional appearance, well-spoken
  • Team player who leads by example
  • Proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
