Base pay range: ZAR35,000.00 / hr - ZAR40,000.00 / hr

Job Description

The F&B Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the F&B offerings. You will develop, innovate, and deliver a quality-driven product mix while maintaining strong financial returns. This involves reviewing all working methods to ensure best practices are achieved, enabling business growth and excellent guest service.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Hotel management diploma or equivalent
  • Proven Food and Beverage management experience within a 4 / 5-star hotel (2+ years)
  • Previous Restaurant Manager experience (2+ years)
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service orientation with outstanding communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Focus on staff training and development
  • Effective communication with staff and guests
  • Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and well-spoken
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach

Additional Notes

Relocation costs will be your responsibility if you reside outside the hotel’s city and your application is successful.
