Job description

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at our exclusive luxury restaurant and lounge!

This role is all about keeping our back-of-house operations running smoothly — from managing top-tier supplier relationships to ensuring our kitchen and bar are always fully stocked with the best. If you’re a pro at cost control, procurement, and inventory management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source, select, and manage relationships with all food and beverage suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve cost efficiencies and maintain product quality.
  • Oversee ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of F&B inventory.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize wastage.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure product availability and consistency.
  • Monitor F&B costs and work within budget to meet profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and audits, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in storage and handling.
  • Provide input on menu planning and specials based on supplier offerings and seasonal availability.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, new products, and potential supplier opportunities.

  • 3–5 years of experience in a food & beverage procurement or management role
  • Proficiency in GAAP / PILOT & Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated success managing suppliers and controlling costs
  • Solid understanding of F&B supply chains and inventory processes
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays as needed
  • Valid food safety or health & safety certification (advantageous)
  • Hospitality or supply chain qualification (preferred)
