This is a temporary role as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare's Bank in Sunninghill. The role involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals, ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-presented front of house, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and customer service.
As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your focus will be on supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. This will include helping residents choose their meal options, setting dining tables according to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of house clean and tidy, replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit, and being aware of residents' dietary requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include: Supporting residents with choosing their meal options when dining, ensuring that the standard operating procedures for setting dining tables are followed, keeping the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day, and ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options are accessible and replenished throughout the day. Being aware of residents' dietary requirements is also essential.

Our ideal candidate must have: Demonstrated high standards of personal hygiene, experience working in a similar setting (desirable), a basic Food Hygiene Certificate (beneficial), and a demonstrated compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
