A prestigious 5-star hotel in the heart of Sandton is seeking a seasoned and service-focused Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all F&B departments, including restaurants, bars, room service, conferencing, and banqueting.
This role requires a commercially minded leader who is passionate about exceptional hospitality, guest satisfaction, and delivering revenue performance in line with luxury standards.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, drive revenue growth, maintain food and beverage cost controls, and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations. Leading a team of 10+ direct reports, you’ll also support talent development, compliance, guest engagement, and event innovation across the property.
