ANEW Resort Vulintaba is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager / Executive Chef to oversee efficient and cost-effective food services at the establishment.

The successful candidate will be based in KwaZulu-Natal, Newcastle.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Completed diploma in Professional Cookery
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef
  3. Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members and clients
  4. Good knowledge of the plus point system
  5. Strong understanding of food cost management and menu planning
Responsibilities

  • Manage costs and optimize menu offerings
  • Lead and motivate the culinary and service teams
Additional Requirements
