Job Description

Scope of Position: The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily operations of the restaurant, bar, conferencing, and events, leading the F&B team to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Responsibilities include: Managing costs, maintaining menu standards, controlling inventory, managing duty shifts, and overseeing service quality across outlets.

Additional duties involve staff management, training, safety compliance, customer relations, and ensuring adherence to legal and company policies.

The role requires strategic planning, reporting, and collaboration with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet financial targets.
