Role Overview

The Junior Restaurant Manager supports the senior management team in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with luxury hospitality standards. Key Responsibilities

·Assist in overseeing daily floor operations to ensure service excellence.

·Supervise and motivate service staff, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

·Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.

·Address guest requests and feedback promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.

·Support in scheduling, training, and mentoring team members.

·Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance.

·Assist in managing reservations and seating plans for optimal flow.

·Support the implementation of promotional events and seasonal offerings.

·Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
