Job summary

Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a Front of House Anchor at a luxury lodge inside Kruger National Park. As the face and vibe of the lodge, you will ensure 5‑star guest experiences and lead a team across front-of-house functions.

Seeking an experienced leader with strong communication, budgeting and admin skills who thrives in a safari setting. Must hold a valid SA driver’s license and have work rights in South Africa.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in luxury hospitality (world‑class lodges or 5‑star hotels) or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.
• Solid budgeting, admin and stock control experience.
• Computer-literate and comfortable with hospitality tech.

We're recruiting for a stunning luxury lodge in Kruger National Park seeking an experienced Front of House Anchor to join their elite team.

Salary: R20,000 DOE (you bring the skills, they'll bring the bucks)

What You’ll Be Rockin’ Daily:

• Be the face and vibe of the lodge—welcoming guests with 5-star warmth
• Work closely with lodge management to ensure world-class guest experiences

• Keep things running smooth and stylish—from housekeeping to front desk finesse
• Maintain stock, manage budgets, and keep admin tight
• Champion the brand’s conservation message while delivering hospitality magic

What You Bring to the Safari Table:

• At least 4 years of experience in luxury hospitality (think world-class lodges or 5-star hotels)
• A natural-born leader with top-notch communication and people skills
• Strong background in food & beverage, with an eye for detail and dietary awareness
• Financial savvy and solid admin skills
• Computer literate and hospitality tech-friendly
• Passion for conservation, sustainability, and next-level service
• Valid Driver’s License and the right to work in South Africa
