Job summary

FNB in South Africa is seeking a customer-focused Community Advisor to deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs, guiding them to the right channels, and promoting digital and self-service solutions.

You will work within FNB Points of Presence, support local customers under a 12-month fixed-term contract, build relationships, educate on banking platforms, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to compliant service and local growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services

• Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations.
• Explain processes and requirements in a simple manner.
• Ensure compliance with rules and processes and maintain attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
• Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
• 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
