Job summary

FNB is seeking a customer advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract within itsPOP network. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, proactively understand needs, guide clients to digital channels and integrated financial solutions, and ensure adherence to policy and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes relationship building, accurate process execution, and ongoing product knowledge to support local market growth and brand promise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Grade 12 / NQF4 required.
  • Preferred NQF Level 5 with FAIS-recognised certificate.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide a positive customer experience and guide to digital/self-service solutions.
  • Explain processes and requirements clearly to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with rules and processes and maintain attention to detail.
  • Educate customers on banking platforms aligned with their needs.

Qualification & Experience Requirement

  • Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4
  • Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
