FNB is seeking a part-time Community Advisor for their Alternative Channels team in a dynamic customer service role. You will build relationships, guide customers to digital self-service, and drive tailored banking solutions while ensuring adherence to policies and high service standards.

The position requires Grade 12/NQF 4 with a preference for NQF 5 and 1–3 years in financial services. A 12-month hourly rate contract, with shift flexibility, is offered in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12/NQF 4 minimum; NQF 5 preferred with banking-related certificate.
  • 1–3 years experience in customer-facing roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across channels.
