FNB, part of FirstRand Limited, invites applications for a 12-month hourly-rate contract as a POP - Customer Advisor. You will build strong client relationships, deliver excellent service, and guide customers to digital and self-service channels while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have Grade 12 or higher, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12/NQF4 as base qualification.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery or client support.
• Experience in financial services is preferred but not required.
