Job Description

To provide customers with excellent service by ensuring they are served promptly, understanding their needs, and processing their requests.

  • Achieve net profit growth for the business

  • Manage the migration of accounts from transactional to Self Service
  • Grow the active customer account base to increase the client base

  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements
  • Check all transactions daily to ensure timely closure of new business applications
