To provide customers with excellent service by ensuring prompt assistance, understanding their needs, and processing their requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve net profit growth for the business.

  • Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Track, control, and influence sales activities to meet sales targets.
  • Provide efficient administrative services through careful planning, reporting, and updating related information.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
  • Check all transactions daily to ensure timely closure of new business applications.
  • Increase sales and service efficiencies through effective sales and service activity management.
  • Follow procedures and processes as per the Golden Rules.
  • Provide accurate and reliable sales and service statistics.
  • Enhance personal competencies through self-development.
