You will lead a team, optimize processes, and implement technology to improve visibility and performance across the supply chain. Experience in FMCG and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on operations within FMCG.
• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes and reducing costs.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of all supply chain activities.
• Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and build strong partnerships.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
