Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain coordination or logistics, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and transportation principles.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics activities, including order processing, inventory control, and transportation scheduling.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and reduce carrying costs.
• Track shipments and proactively address delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery to distribution centres and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory data.
• Contribute to process improvements within the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
