Job description

FMCG Sales Representative position available in Uitenhage.

The purpose of the job is to drive sales growth and market penetration of fast-moving consumer goods by building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, while ensuring product visibility and availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key retail and wholesale accounts
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Monitor stock levels
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts within company guidelines
  • Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
  • Travel Gqeberha, Kariega and surrounding country

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food, beverage, or household products
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Matric certificate; diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous
  • Own vehicle will be ideal
