Responsibilities

• Monitor sales activity and adjust to meet targets.
• Build strong relationships with store management for value-added service.
• Plan merchandising to meet brand and store demands.
• Gather market intelligence on preferences, pricing, and competition.
• Maintain knowledge of products, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure product quality meets Tiger Brands standards and output.
• Assess processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer and consumer satisfaction to grow bakery sales.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure adequate takeaway stock.
• Manage distribution resources to meet service levels within budget.
• Lead debrief processes at bakeries and depots for data integrity.
