Placements24 is seeking a creative and strategic Product Development Manager to drive the innovation pipeline for FMCG products in Klerksdorp, North West. The role blends technical understanding with market insight and strong project management to move concepts from ideation to market launch.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales and operations, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure products meet quality, cost, and production targets within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong project management abilities and track record.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, concept development, and scaling of FMCG products.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to market launch.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales and operations for successful launches.
