You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
• Identify and quantify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and systems, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the FMCG industry or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and ideally a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
